Tikka Chicken

This chicken is so incredibly easy and a great way to use up leftover ingredients. Chicken basically goes with anything so roast up some of those soft veggies in the oven to serve with it and just use up basically any yogurt you’ve got. If you don’t have curry powder, paste also works! 



4 chicken thighs 

6 tbsp natural yogurt

1 tsp curry powder



Mix the curry powder with the yogurt. 

Drop in the chicken thighs and mix so they’re all covered. Cover the bowl and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours. 

Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and add the chicken thighs. Cook for about 30-40 minutes. 

Serve with some potato wedges and salad or veggies.
