OH Wowzer – this has gone down a TREAT in my house! It’s so easy to make and the beauty of it is you can make a load of dough and freeze it so pizza always!!
Ingredients
Quick pizza dough – I used this one.
200g passata – I used a swanky onion and garlic one!
50g Nduja
150g mozzarella
50g goats cheese
Method
Heat the oven to 240 degrees celsius (220 fan). Ensure there is a large tray in the oven.
To start making the pizza dough begin following the instructions here.
When you get to point 4 it’s time to top the pizza!
- Spread over the passata using the back of a spoon (make sure you leave about 2cm at the edge)
- Break up the mozzarella and randomly sprinkle it over the pizza. Add the nduja, again in small pieces dotted around the pizza.
- Finally, break up the goats cheese and dot this around the pizza as well.

Drizzle with a little oil and leave on the side to rest for 15 minutes.
Slide the pizza on to the hot tray (still on the lining) and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the pizza dough is crispy and the cheese is bubbling away!
Remove from the oven and slide onto a wooden chopping board/serving board if you have one and leave to sit for 5 minute or so. This will help ensure the bottom doesn’t remain soft.
Slice up the pizza and enjoy! Let me know if you give it a try!

Love, A x
