I made this dinner up and it was flipping delicious!! So easy to make and the flavours oh my goodness I cannot wait to share this recipe with you!

SaturdayThe most incredible beef burgers (homemade – recipe coming soon!)

Another flipping dinner – I was on fire this week with dinners! This burger was INSANELY good and it definitely has a lot to do with the quality of the meat we are getting delivered!

SundayTagliatelle with Stilton and Mushrooms (Mary Berry)

I’ve done this recipe a couple of times and it’s just so creamy and tasty. It’s perfect if you’ve got some leftover stilton and you’ve got some sun-dried tomatoes hanging about at the back of the fridge!

MondayHomemade Fishcakes (homemade- recipe coming soon!)

I’m sorry to keep bragging about these, I promise I’ll be dropping this recipe soon. These are just so damn good and pretty easy to make!

Tuesday Paneer and Kale Saag (Meera Sodha)

A classic for us when we’ve got some loose kale hanging around with nothing to do! This recipe requires so few ingredients its perfect!

Wednesday Lamb Meatballs pasta (homemade)

I cannot deal with how tasty these meatballs were!! My tomato sauce was delightful – whacked in a little harissa and some sun-dried tomatoes and it made the most delicious flavour.

Thursday Gammon, Egg and Wedges (homemade)

An absolute bloody C L A S S I C. You can’t go from with ham, egg and chips can you! Well this is that pimped to the max with a slab of delicious gammon!

Love, Alice x
