I love fish pie, it’s one of my favourite dinners. I find it just so fresh and delicious and it really is so easy to make!
350ml fish pie mix
2 handfuls of kale, chopped
1 tsp mustard
Heat a knob of butter into a pan with some spring onions and 2 tbsp plain flour and stir until the butter is melted.
Gently whisk in 200ml of milk into the pan bringing everything together, stirring carefully avoiding any lumps.
Remove from the heat and stir in the mustard, peas, kale and diced mixed fish.
Pour into a pie dish.
Top with the filo pastry and drizzle with a little oil.
Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serve up and enjoy!
