It’s like Christmas Day every week when our boxes get delivered!! I love all the goodness and there’s just so much food delivered each week it’s amazing!
What was delivered –
- 340g Fish Pie Mix
- 440g Minced Lamb
- 450g Beef Stewing Steak
- 1 Butternut Squash
- 250g Kale
- Lettuce Leaves
- 225g Tenderstem Broccoli
- 200g Chestnut mushrooms
- 250g Cherry tomatoes
- 3 white Onions
What we made –
Thursday – Lamb burger with Halloumi (Homemade)
Totally totally delicious – words can’t even describe. As soon as this had been devoured we wanted it ALL again.
Saturday – Steak and Mushroom Pie (Homemade)
Another tasty tasty pie – so perfect for these cold winter nights. Easy to make too. They take a bit of time, but minimal effort.
Sunday – Tomato Curry (Meera Sodha from East.)
I have heard so many good things about this curry but never tried it it and oh WOWWWW so so tasty and wonderfully sweet.
Monday – Butternut Squash, avocado and lentils (Waitrose Magazine)
I love this dish I’ve had it a couple of times now. The butternut squash just goes soo caramelised and sweet mixed with the slightly sharp sour avocado cream yum yum!
Tuesday – Fish, Kale and Pea Pie (Homemade)
I love a good fish pie – always have always will – and the fish pie mix that came this week did not disappoint! Adding in some kale and peas into the pie was a great way to get in some extra veggies!
